Lettering on l’Officiel

officiel1932 As this cover, you can enjoy here many others very nice typography+images covers from the french magazine l’Officiel who mostly dating back circa 30’s.
Its very interesting to see how for each issue, they designed a new mastehead and reinvented the full cover, using generally very crude tools. Each new cover is almost a poster by itself.
